General Assembly (GA) and Annual Meeting (AM) GA

GA and AM of NVDA is held every two years hosted by one member by turns.

 It is always done together with TNW (Training & Networking Workcamp) .
    GA is a supreme body of NVDA and plan/ discuss/ approve the following things;
    * Plan of Action and Budget for the next 2 years
    * Report of Activities and Finance in the past 2 years
    * Amendment of Constitution and other internal regulations
    * Election of members of Executive Committee

   AM of NVDA can be held between two GAs hosted by one member by turns.
    It is usually done together with Special Seminar .
    AM can plan/ discuss/ partly approve the following things;
    * Additional Plan of Action and Budget for the next year
    * Middle evaluation of Activities and Finance in the past year
