When she was a student at Hanoi National University of Education she was a volunteer to teach disadvantaged children, who come from a poor fisher village on the Red River in Hanoi. Through this experience she became really interested in social work, so after graduation she decided to work for non-profit organizations.

 From July 2008 to March 2010, she worked for Solidarités Jeunesses Vietnam coordinating projects for local and international volunteers. she has strong experience in dealing with voluntary projects at different steps such as preparation, implementation, monitoring, mentoring, supervision and evaluation.

 Since April 2010 until now, she has been a secretariat of NVDA. She is in charge of the administration for daily management of NVDA under the supervision of Executive Committee by supporting and liaising with foreign NGOs to coordinate environmental common actions and promote solidarity among NGO members and other networks.

 With over three years of professional experience in the non-profit sector by developing international voluntary service in Vietnam, Asia and Pacific, she has gained a deep understanding of social issues and valuable experiences in voluntary management and administration.
